Each seam is double sewn for tensile strength, and every fabric edge is surged to prevent fraying. Even the zippers are covered with a flap to keep pets from chewing and ruining. Happy Hounds™ also strives to be eco-friendly. All bed fill is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, and the factory has reuse programs in place.
